When facing life’s problems remember there’s more ways to choke a dog than by just feeding him peanut butter.
HONEST EXPECTATIONS
What We Don't Do
To make sure you reach the right help fast, here is what falls outside our towing services.
- We do not tow motorcycles
- We do not perform tire changes or tire repairs — but we can tow your vehicle to the nearest tire shop
- We do not offer heavy-duty over-the-road towing (heavy-duty removal is available for private property impound only)
We take security seriously.

Frequently Asked Questions
Got Questions? We've Got Answers.
How do I request a tow from Lizard Lick Towing?
Call us directly at (919) 365-4388. A real person answers 24/7/365 — no automated menu, no answering service. Tell us your location and what happened, and we dispatch the right truck immediately.
How fast can a tow truck reach me?
Because we are based in Wendell and focus on eastern Wake County, our trucks can typically reach most locations in our core service area within 15 to 30 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple forms of payment. Let our dispatcher know how you plan to pay when you call.
Will you tow my vehicle to any shop I choose?
Yes. For standard towing, you tell us the destination — your home, your mechanic, or a dealership — and that is where we deliver it.
How does towing work with my insurance?
Many policies include towing coverage. We provide itemized documentation for your claim. Keep your receipt for reimbursement.
Do you tow motorcycles or change tires?
No. We do not tow motorcycles or perform tire changes. If you have a flat with no usable spare, we can tow you to the nearest tire shop.
